We service turbochargers, which is including turbo remanufacture, turbo rebuilt and custom built for all applications from pick ups all the way to class B trucks, marine, construction, industrial, generator engines and everything in between.

With our large stock of new and remanufactured turbochargers, components and repair kits for popular applications such as Cummins, ABB, KBB, Caterpillar, MAN, MWM, MTU, Napier, BBC, MET and many others of chinese made marine engine, we are able to keep down time to a minimum.

performance upgrades

We offer High-performance rebuilds for most turbochargers. Our high-performance upgrades include heavy duty  thrust ball bearings wither better oil ports, step gap piston seals and *bearing housing machining for better oil flow.  These builds are for people pushing their turbos to the limits. 

big wheel upgrades

We offer big wheel upgrades for many turbochargers from bigger cast compressor wheels to billet compressor wheels. We also offer turbine housing machining services. Please call or emails us for more information.

Service Letter

We have recently experienced that T/C mounting bolts, which are used to secure the

turbocharger onto support bracket, were loosened or broken due to vibration in several

cases.

To avoid any loosening or being broken, we have modified its tightening torque and

material specification as follows.

*Note : Before assembling the mounting bolts, Molycote 1000 or COPASLIP, antiseizure

agent for the high temperature, should be applied.

As we are willing to supply these new bolts for replacement by the ship staff(s), please
